What this covers

These terms apply to holdline.top and the Holdline public testnet. Using either means you accept them. If you do not, stop using the site.

The testnet is a demonstration

Balances are denominated in $tHOLD, a testnet token with no price and no redemption. It has no monetary value and we do not promise it ever will. Nothing you win or lose here is a financial gain or loss.

The $HOLD token does not exist yet. No address, sale, presale or allocation has been published. Anything claiming otherwise is not us.

No advice, no guarantees

Holdline is not investment advice, a broker, an exchange, or a custodian. We do not hold your funds and we cannot move them. Prices come from third-party feeds and may be delayed, wrong, or unavailable. The equity tape on testnet is generated from a real last close and the terminal labels it as such on every market.

The venue is under active development. Features, parameters and fees can change, and the testnet ledger may be reset without notice.

Your wallet, your responsibility

Your wallet is your account. We never see your private key or seed phrase and we will never ask for either. Signing the link message proves you control an address and authorises nothing else: no transfer, no approval, no spend. Keep your own keys safe.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to attack, overload or manipulate the venue, its feeds or other users. Do not use Holdline where doing so breaks the law that applies to you, and do not use it if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, including losses caused by feed outages, contract bugs, or your own decisions.
